Yepao is a small, noncommercial open source community promoting and supporting trail running in China! Runs held seasonally and meetups happening more regularly. Sign up to our Strava and wechat group to get notifications of upcoming events.
What are Yepao Runs?:
Yepao are open-sourced running challenges in and around wildhomestay in Sanyang, Anhui, China. Due to the local landscape and topography, they are stunning, quite challenging but not crazy. The challenges are well planned and marked by community members with some fun segments up and down mountains, through streams, along mountain village paths and on starting and finishing at the Cafe.
Yepao are non-profit, low-key challenges and their goal is to help develop responsible adventure running in the area.
Meetups
We hold meetups in Shanghai getting the community together to discuss various topics relating to our trails runs. Many thanks to all the support from the speakers and event locations.
Who is behind it?:
It was established by a group of people who enjoy running and hiking and who get a kick out of helping and building community! Open to anyone who is able to offer a helping hand.
