A really fun weekend with lots of outdoor events and activities. The F45 club has been coming to the homestay for 3 years now doing seasonal activities, building fitness and helping our environment.

Throwing in a bit of Circuit, Functional and High-Intensity Interval Training we are very pleased to be hosting F45 twice this summer. It’s great having them here integrating local activities into their fitness training programs.
Dirty & Clean Challenges in August
